Frequently asked questions

How soon can I begin brewing with fresh roasted coffee?

You can start brewing your coffee anytime, but for best tasting we recommend waiting 5-7 days after the roast date for filter brewing. For espresso, we like to wait 7-15 day after roast. Coffee is off-gassing during this period and C02 and other gases can make extraction more challenging. Experiment and find out what works best for you.

Are purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on coffee and other consumables. If you have an issue, reach out to us via email to discuss.

When do you roast and when will I get my order?

We roast every week and work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, usually in 1 - 2 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with shipping notification. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Where are your products manufactured?

We roast here in Miami and use local vendors for our merchandise and other items whenever possible.

Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently we only offer online sales within the USA. We will offer international shipping ASAP and will announce when that becomes available.
