📦 Shipping & Returns

Vice City Bean is dedicated to ensuring your experience with our coffee and products is nothing short of exceptional. If something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us at coffee@vicecitybean.com  We are always here to help.


Coffee & Tea Policy

Because our coffee is roasted to order and considered a perishable product, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on coffee or tea. This ensures that every bag our customers receive meets our strict quality and freshness standards.

  • In-Store Returns: Please note that online orders cannot be returned or exchanged at our physical cafe locations.

  • Our Guarantee: If we made a mistake or you are unhappy with your beans, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We are passionate about your brewing experience and will do our absolute best to find a solution that leaves you smiling.


Equipment, Mugs & Apparel

(Excludes Espresso Machines)

We accept returns on brewing gear, lifestyle goods, and apparel that are in new, unopened, and re-sellable condition.

  • Timeline: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Shipping Costs: Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with the return and the delivery of any exchanged items.

  • Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as Vice City Bean is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and verify the condition of your item, we will process your refund. Please allow 2–3 business days for the credit to appear in your account.


Shipping & Fulfillment

Our team works quickly to get fresh coffee to your door. Please keep the following timelines in mind:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days.

  • Fulfillment: An additional 1–2 business days to be packaged and handed to the carrier.

  • Carrier Delays: Once your order is with the shipper (USPS, FedEx, UPS), Vice City Bean is not responsible for delays or carrier errors. While we cannot offer refunds for shipping delays, we will gladly work with you to help resolve any issues with the carrier.


International Shipping

Currently we only ship within the USA.  We love see our coffees being enjoyed around the world, and we are working hard to offer international (outside of USA) purchases.  Shipments outside the United States may be subject to tariffs, duties, or customs taxes upon arrival. These fees are determined by local Customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
