This is a high intervention anaerobic natural microlot coffee from Haraz, Yemen was produced by smallholder members of the Sharqi Haraz Cooperative in the mountains of Eastern Haraz. Ferment between 48-72 hours anaerobically, them moved directly to raised beds to dry in the sun, a process that took 15-20 days. Only 1000 lb. of this coffee lot was imported to the USA.
