On September 1, Vice City Bean’s Barista Trainer, Edrey Vega competed in the New Orleans Regional Aeropress Competition. Edrey was supported by his co-worker and Vice City Bean Citadel Operations Lead, Cloud Perez.
The competition took place at NOLA’s Miel Brewery & Taproom. Each competitor had to brew a natural process ETHIOPIA MANSA, roasted by local Mojo Roasters. Edrey took home a solid 3rd Place finish in his first brewing competition.
